Projektmanagement und Vorgehensmodelle 2026
Projects in Transition: Disruption, Artificial Intelligence, Hybrid Methods
Disruption has become the new normal; artificial intelligence is taking on more and more tasks,
and hybrid process models are shaping today’s project work. The 12th joint conference
“Project Management and Process Models (PVM)” brings together academia and practice to
discuss how project work is designed, managed, and controlled under these conditions.
The conference begins with a keynote address and features 18 presentations that have successfully
passed the review process: eleven academic presentations as well as seven practical case studies and discussion contributions
in the Future Track, where new approaches, practical examples, and forward-looking theses
will be presented and discussed in the auditorium.
You can look forward to presentations covering four topic areas:
• Human-AI collaboration and new role models
• Agile leadership, teams, and roles
• Transformation and AI readiness in organizations
• Methods and process tools
With workshops and briefings, we have supplemented the conference with an engaging training program.
An experiential tour and the conference dinner—featuring the presentation of the Best Paper Award—offer
plenty of opportunities for discussion and networking. On the evening of November 4,
participants will gather for an informal get-together.
We would like to cordially invite you to the conference!
This conference is organized by the Gesellschaft für Informatik e.V. in collaboration with GPM and the PMI Germany Chapter e.V.
