The PMO Global Alliance Europe (PMOGA) is expanding its offering for the international Project Management Office community. In addition to the established PMO Power Hour, the new PMO Roadmap Series introduces three new formats.
These include:
- The PMO Journey – an introduction to PMI's customer-centric approach for Project Management Offices
- PMO Discussion Groups – moderated discussions on current Project Management Office topics
- PMI PMO Certified Professional (PMOCP™) Guided Study Groups – structured study groups to help participants prepare for the PMI PMO Certified Professional (PMOCP™) certification based on the PMO Practice Guide
More than 20 webinars in seven languages are planned for the third quarter alone. The Guided Study Groups have already started and are open to PMI members who meet the eligibility requirements for the PMOCP certification exam.
PMOGA also aims to strengthen collaboration with PMI Chapters across Europe. Experienced Project Management Office professionals who hold the PMI PMOCP certification are invited to become PMOGA Ambassadors, deliver webinars in German, and represent the German-speaking community at the European level.
