AI is increasingly becoming part of everyday project work, from workflow automation and information management to decision support and stakeholder communication. However, introducing AI effectively requires a clear understanding of where it adds value, how it should be governed, and where human judgement remains essential.

In this session, Buso Chika, AI keynote speaker, enterprise technology strategist and founder of Moniza Innovates, will share practical perspectives on adopting AI in project environments.

Drawing on more than a decade of experience across technology, project management and Agile leadership, Buso will discuss how organisations and project teams can move from experimentation to meaningful AI adoption. The session will look at opportunities for workflow automation, AI-supported project and programme management, responsible use of AI, and the organisational changes needed to make adoption successful.

Rather than focusing only on technology, the session will connect AI with leadership, stakeholder communication and business value—helping project professionals identify where AI can genuinely improve the way they work while maintaining appropriate human oversight.
