The Local Group Dresden invites you
to an exciting evening on the topic of OKR
In this workshop, which is organized together with the GMP regional group Dresden, participants will learn about the OKR method as a tool for agile goal setting. Starting with a keynote speech about OKRs, we offer insights into their practical application at CRATOS and conduct an interactive workshop in which participants learn to formulate OKRs and make them measurable. The aim is to increase efficiency and goal orientation in everyday working life.

Sebastian Busch is an experienced specialist in agile transformation and OKR coaching at CRATOS GmbH, where he has been coaching OKR teams in agile strategy implementation and goal management methodology for over five years. His expertise is based on solid experience as a project and change manager and is complemented by his work as a lecturer in software-based project management at Hannover University of Applied Sciences. Before his civilian career, he developed fundamental military leadership and organizational skills as an officer. This diverse professional career makes him an expert in carrying out transformation projects and implementing agile working methods.
