LG Dresden: Uncertainty Mapping
The Local Group Dresden invites you to a workshop on Uncertainty Mapping:
Recognizing and successfully managing uncertainties
The workshop will be in German!
Uncertain? No problem!
Uncertainty mapping brings clarity to the chaos. We will show you how to uncover, understand and visualize uncertainties in projects. This will save you time, reduce stress and strengthen your team.
Insights instead of gut feeling
The method is perfect for preparing projects or decision-making projects and for risk management - and significantly reduces the amount of work involved. You will learn to distinguish real uncertainties from mere gut feeling and to start exactly where it counts. No more guessing - just targeted action.
For whom?
For everyone who wants to achieve more with less effort - whether manager, project manager, agile coach or consultant. If you want to master complex projects, this is the right place for you.
Surprisingly different, guaranteed to be entertaining
This event is not a dry lecture - it will be lively, interactive and guaranteed to be entertaining. We start with a concise overview of what is really holding you back. Then it's time to get down to business: You will try out the method directly and experience first-hand how it works. Most participants are surprised at how much clarity and energy they gain through Uncertainty Mapping. We promise: You will leave with new insights, a smile on your face and a tool in your luggage that you can use immediately.
Method note
The Uncertainty Mapping method was developed by Karen Schmidt and Frank Habermann and tested in hundreds of projects. The method is available free of charge from "Over the Fence" under a Creative Commons license: https://overthefence.com.de/tools/
