You have certainly already gained initial experience as a project manager with ChatGPT/AI - whether through a customer request, the media or your own interest.


On this evening, Nils Bäumer will examine with us the opportunities and risks associated with the introduction of generative AI technologies and create his vision of a future in which creativity and technology go hand in hand.
Always with the aim of combining the best of both worlds, because AI alone does not produce innovations. It is still the person who gives the right instructions and discovers the potential of ideas. And of course also to implement these ideas successfully in the end.
We shouldn't just think outside the box with AI, we should step outside the box in order to achieve real change. AI still prefers to stay on the plate; our own creativity is required to make the decisive difference.


The lecture highlights three main points:

- A look at current AI programs and their possibilities.
- Is there artificial creativity and how does it differ from our human creativity? What opportunities arise from this - and what dangers?
- Factors influencing the successful implementation of AI in the organization - opportunities and risks.

Speaker:

Nils Bäumer has been working on the topics of creativity and innovation for more than 25 years. He is a professional speaker and has been managing partner of the transformation consultancy DenkSinn GmbH since 2019 and is concerned with understanding and promoting creativity in various contexts. At the beginning of 2023, he would have answered the question of whether artificial creativity exists with a clear “no.” But generative AI and programs like ChatGPT or Dall-E have disruptively changed his world of creativity in a very short time. And he is sure that AI will significantly influence and change the world of all of us.
