Following the great success of the first webinar in November 2024 on the introduction of Kanban in the BASF Tamol Cluster, we are now pleased to offer a continuation in German with completely new insights.

Michael Pölker and Sven Sebastian, responsible for project and asset management in the Tamol Cluster, report on the consistent further development of the initiative: from the plant change process to the embedding of the new working model in the entire department.
