Mentally challenged people are treated to develop specific competencies. Psychiatrists have documented ten competencies, which together they call wisdom. If you improve those competencies in yourself, you will increase your capability to withstand mental challenges, become more resilient, and be followed by others as a trusted leader.
You can build and develop your wisdom, helping you to become more resilient and a respected leader who can help teams tackle any challenge.
