The Return of Process Groups - Process Groups: A Practice Guide

The PMI (Project Management Institute) is bringing back the 49 PMBOK Guide processes.

The new standard "Process Groups: A Practice Guide" has been published. It replaces the PMBOK Guide 6th Ed, which is still used in many companies, but also for certification exams.

It can be assumed that the new standard, together with the PMBOK Guide 7th Ed. and the Agile Practice Guide, will soon be the most important reference base for PMP and CAPM certification exams.

In our free online event, Oliver F. Lehmann, trainer and former president of the PMI Southern Germany Chapter, Member of PMI germany chapter, will present the new guide and talk about its potential relevance for everyday project work, but also for exam preparation

Online event LG DA: The Culture of Nollywood in relations to Project Management by Bukky Bamidele-Aina

Bukky Bamidele-Aina, PMP CSM CSPO APMC,  originally is from Nigeria, knowing well its culture and its film industry called Nollywood. She lives and works since some years in Houston, Texas, US. She will show us 

• specifics of Nigerian culture
• the role the film industry plays in Nigeria and elsewhere
• how project management is used to make films and get profits from them
• how to watch Nollywood films, and some recommendations 

Nollywood is the worldwide 2nd largest film industry, after Bollywood in India.

Study Brunch: Manage conflict

The PMI Germany Chapter is launching Study Brunch in the Year 2023. We meet on regular basis twice in a month. To address the queries and emerge with ideas. Difficult issues are discussed respectfully and empowers community residents. Solicit Volunteers to help in your efforts. 
It will be great opportunity for Professionals to know about the PMP Exam new pattern. Experienced Speakers covering topics from the Domains of PMP as per PMBOK 7 . Few Sessions also covers Simulator Questions from PMP Exam.
