We continue our series of insights into the world of applied project management !

It is great that we can again visit a company from our members to exchange ideas about industry-specific PM on site.

We will meet for this at the next LG Konstanz Stammtisch at Hyperstone GmbH in Konstanz.

Richard Willems will be our host and inform us about project management challenges in the development of flash memory controllers.

In addition to the lecture, there will be a guided tour to get a practical idea of the projects.

The Hersey-Blanchard Model, also known as the Situational Leadership Model, is a Contingency Model of Leaderhip. The Hersey-Blanchard Model, also known as the Situational Leadership Model, is a leadership theory that suggests that the best leadership style is one that is tailored to the maturity level of the followers. The model consists of four levels of follower maturity - D1, D2, D3, and D4, and four corresponding leadership styles - Telling, Selling, Participating and Delegating. Unlike other leadership models, the Hersey-Blanchard model disregards the idea that corporations require a single approach to leadership. Instead, the model proposes a leadership style that adapts to the unique circumstances of each workplace.
