18:00	Study Group Session: Processes: Scope management (Herbert Gonder) Online Processes: Scope management The topic will be explained by the processes related to scope and surrounding knowledge areas or domains. As culture has a deep influence to deriving scope this topic will be included. After the session, the participants will know about the importance of scope and its interstices to surrounding domains. Participants will know how to get started and how to decompose to a sufficient level of detail. The students will be able to identify cultural influences to scope analysis and scope decomposition.
18:00	PMI GC Rheinland and Deutsche Telekom Technik Artificial intelligence has become a natural part of our business lives, and we’re also exploring its potential more and more in our personal lives. We’re fascinated by the evolution of AI tools and the speed with which LLMs can generate text, create visuals, and sketch out complex scenarios. But does all this speed and technological brilliance help us live up to our ambition – to collaborate more effectively in our project teams, to become more focused, more efficient, and ultimately, better at what we do? We’re taking on this question – directly and together – on September 9, 2025, with Deutsche Telekom Technik in Bonn.
