Agile Transformation Disciplined Agile Featuring@Allianz
The PMI Germany Chapter is pleased to offer its 12th Professional Development Workshop for chapter members and non-chapter members.
"AGILE TRANSFORMATION DISCIPLINED AGILE FEATURING @ALLIANZ"
Thanks to volunteers – an event just for volunteers!
Review of our Volunteer Day
78 of the 210 volunteers of the PMI Germany Chapter accepted the invitation to the first Germany-wide Volunteer Event.
The PMI Germany Chapter owes a lot, if not everything, to volunteers. So it happened that the board of the chapter decided to inform our volunteers about current developments in the chapter even before the general member meeting on July the 1st. But how should this be done in times of pandemic – it should be interactive and give every volunteer the possibility to ask questions to each of the eleven board members?
The PMI Germany Chapter Magazine Q3/2021 is online
Topic of the current issue: "Strategic and Business Management"
In addition to the leadership articles, you will receive news from our chapter community, retrospectives and announcements of events and initiatives.

Chapter Statistics
Chapter Statistics - Credentials
Numbers, data, facts - we provide a little transparency here about our organisation and the structure of our member pool.
We take a look at the "credentials", i.e. the different certifications PMI offers.
Distribution of certifications among chapter members. Naturally, multiple entries are possible, i.e. we are counting the certifications and not the members.
Standards-plus
PMI Standards at Your Fingertips
Recently, the PMIstandards+™ platform went live, PMI's new digital solution for instant access to PMI standards, guides, how-to content and more - all tailored to industries, approaches and goals.
It had taken more than a year to build this product from the first steps, but it was worth it.
Volunteering in the PMI Germany Chapter
Benefits for volunteers in the PMI Germany Chapter, added value through volunteering.
My name is Jutta Zilian and I was a member of the PMI Munich Chapter since 2012 and later of the PMI Southern Germany Chapter only with a short interruption when I was living in Nord Rhin-Westphalia and Hessen for a while.Within the Southern Germany chapter I carried out the role of an Chapter information security officer, and offered them consultancy in Information Security. Since the last few weeks, I have been supporting the VP Members Jörg Glunde as Head of Volunteering and I am the “man in the middle” between him and the Regional Heads of Volunteering.
You can email me at jutta.zilian@pmi-gc.de or in the PMI Germany Chapter Teams.

Agile project management in construction
Today's customers place high demands on the construction industry of tomorrow. As project managers, we want to live up to this, optimize our principles and look the challenges in a visionary way. Classical methods are often no longer sufficient, and the construction industry also needs to become more agile.
Buildings have always been the social status of our time.
Today's customers place high demands on the construction industry of tomorrow. As project managers, we want to live up to this, optimize our principles and look the challenges in a visionary way.
Classical methods are often no longer sufficient, the construction industry must continue to act economically in the future. Lean construction and BIM have been state of the art for several years, but are these tools and methods enough for us?
Does it still make sense to plan down to the last detail, or do we have an open ear for our customers?
