AI, Agile, and R&D in Life Sciences; CoP Event-Group working project

We are currently advancing new initiatives within CoP Life-Sciences, and we would like to invite you to join us at our third event.

On April 22nd of this year, we hosted a "Roadmap Workshop" where project managers from the life sciences field gathered to brainstorm and generate 52 ideas. These ideas were organized according to PMI's Talent Triangle categories, and we discussed which topics should be prioritized within our CoP. The key highlights from the workshop included:

AI-Powered Business Strategies: Business Acumen

Utilizing generative AI tools to improve workflows
Leveraging AI for documentation creation

Agile Frameworks in Life Sciences: Ways of Working

Is an agile framework suitable for life sciences?
How can development processes be accelerated from a PM perspective?

Project Managers in R&D Environments: Power Skills

Raising awareness of the importance of project management in research environments
Promoting team collaboration

Based on these themes, we launched a new initiative in June. The CoP Life-Sciences members were divided into three subgroups, and over the course of three months, they engaged in intensive discussions. In September, each team will present their findings.

This event provides an opportunity for project managers in the life sciences field to share the challenges they face and the knowledge and experiences they have gained, culminating in a shared understanding. Through this event, we aim to strengthen networking among CoP Life-Sciences members and lay the groundwork for future webinars and publications.

Moreover, our members are eager to exchange ideas with other CoP members. We believe that sharing diverse perspectives and experiences will lead to richer discussions. We are excited to share the results of our three-month initiative and hope you are looking forward to it.
