The Community of Practice (CoP) Life Sciences has developed with impressive momentum since its kick-off last year. After two successful events, the current focus is on practice-oriented ‘Group Working Sessions’, in which we jointly analyze real challenges from the life sciences project environment. The aim is to openly exchange experiences, learn from each other and jointly develop solutions that will have an impact beyond our own project.

Whether in healthcare, finance, manufacturing or retail, AI is increasing efficiency, enabling data-based decisions and opening up new potential for innovation.

With the new guide “Leading AI Transformation - Organizational Strategies for Project Professionals”, PMI presents practical strategies and proven methods for the successful introduction of AI in organizations. It focuses on the key roles of the Project Management Office (PMO), Transformation Management Office (TMO) and project experts.

Agility is a must for organizations to survive in today's increasingly volatile and ever-changing business world. The thought leadership report “A New Era for Enterprise Agility” outlines the strategies that highly agile organizations are using to succeed.

This year, we’re realigning our channels – social media, newsletter, website, and chapter magazine. 
Our new approach will combine personal insights, expert articles on project management, and updates on PMI activities.
