The construction and infrastructure industry is undergoing a profound transformation. Digitalization, sustainability, artificial intelligence, BIM, new contract models, and increasing project complexity are changing the way construction projects are planned, managed, and successfully delivered. With the international virtual Global Construction Project Management Conference 2026, the PMI Germany Chapter, together with other PMI Chapters, invites participants to a professional exchange on the future of construction project management.
